Terms : All sales are C.O.D. unless a credit application has been approved and a personal guarantee has been completed. In the event of a late payment or default of an invoice, the buyer agrees to pay service charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually) and reasonable attorney fees and court costs necessary per collection of the obligation. Venue will be Collier County Florida. All out of state orders are to be paid in full with a cashiers check prior to delivery. We accept Visa, Amex and MasterCard with a 4% administration fee. JWD Trees reserves the right to notice all jobs not paid in full.

Warranty: JWD Trees guarantees the material to the variety sold and goes to great length to make sure all trees are healthy and in good condition before loading, therefore, we provide no warranty once the material is accepted on site. If there is a problem at time of delivery, a note must be made on the shipping ticket and a call placed to the JWD Trees office immediately. All orders cancelled after material has been dug or prepared is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returned Check Policy: A $60 fee will be charged on all returned checks. If the check is not made good within 15 days you will be liable for face value plus 3 times the initial amount.

Delivery: JWD Trees uses independent trucking companies. As a service to our customers we shop for the best freight rate and co-ordinate delivery to your job site.
